On November 6, 2018 between 5:00 p.m. and 5:45 p.m., an individual raped a young woman in Herstal. The victim was waiting for his bus to go home. The suspect, whom she met on social networks, offers to take her home by car. Near Herstal, the perpetrator locks the vehicle doors and assaults the young woman.
