Senegalese opponent Ousmane Sonko has been nominated as a candidate for the 2024 presidential election, his party announced on Friday, shortly following the banning of a meeting scheduled for Saturday in Dakar to formalize this candidacy.

In Tunisia, two political opponents were released on Thursday evening. The first, Chaïma Issa, the first female political prisoner since the coup by President Kaïs Saïed and member of a coalition of opponents, and the second Lazhar Akremi, a former minister. The two are part of a group of regarding ten people arrested in connection with a conspiracy once morest state security since last February.

Starting from scratch and with dreams in their heads, they take their backpacks and travel through many African countries to build an ambitious, committed and human project. Their desire: to create products with meaning and a unique identity, a brand in their image, committed and authentic. PANAFRICA was born. One of its co-founders was our guest.
