Polytec founder and real estate developer Friedrich Huemer joins the You Will Like It Group (YWLI): He takes over 51 percent and thus the majority of YWLI Real Estate, which specializes in investment consulting, property and real estate development. The YWLI Group is owned by ex-ski star Rainer Schönfelder and Thomas Schmid (not to be confused with the ex-ÖBAG boss).
