A summer in Feldkirch is hard to imagine without the pool bar festival. Mastermind Herwig Bauer was a guest at Vorarlbreg LIVE.
Herwig Bauer, managing director and founder of the pool bar, looked back at the beginnings of the festival during the Vorarlberg live talk: “When I think back to the past 30 years, I think of the events of the first years, when we simply invited our idols. For example HP Zinker or 1998 Tocontronic. Marilyn Manson was special in several ways, for example he wanted it to be 17 degrees everywhere and always in the middle of summer, he also insisted on a room with 17 degrees on stage, an employee who had to wipe the sweat off his house etc.

The artists for the upcoming festival can also be seen: Nino from Vienna, Helge Schneider, Ernst Molden, Gentleman and the German rapper Danger Dan will definitely be there along with many other acts. “Six weeks full of joy are ahead of us and I’m sure there will be a more than worthy anniversary festival,” says Herwig Bauer. At the beginning of April, the public lectures of the pool bar generator begin.
