The terrible event, on August 2, 2019, on the public highway of the Cañadita de Ñemby neighborhood, when Juan Bautista Casco, aboard a motorcycle, accompanied by other people, including a minor, intercepted Óscar Manuel Martínez and Karen Rodríguez, who were also traveling on a motorcycle.
The victim, realizing it, started a maneuver and dodged the attack and on the way to escape the assailants fired the firearm they were carrying, two of the shots hit the integrity of Karen Rodríguez, who died.
Avei Óscar Martínez was injured, according to the records.
