Neighbors alerted 911 regarding a white 1996 Corona car that was parked next to the San Pedro Church, in a dark area, in the city of Presidente Franco, Department of Alto Paraná, yesterday Monday. The police officers went to verify and found a couple, aged 17 and 19, who apparently was in full “ku otro”.
The uniformed officers asked the driver to lower the glass of his cell phone to find out that the oikóva was mba’e and the boy took a few minutes to finally show his face, the cops realized that it was a couple and that the young woman was a minor.
At the touch, the boy was warned that what he was doing was rape, for which they unambiguously took him to the police station.
