“After defining its new strategy, Portnet is preparing to start a new cycle of development through the implementation of its new strategy for the period 2022-2026.” Through it, the counter hears:
– strengthen its strategic positioning, effectively engage the foreign trade ecosystem, highlight the impact of its actions and change the behavior and perceptions of its users;
– develop a new commercial offer of products and services;
– further strengthen its training and change management system through a training offer andonboarding customers/users more diversified and meeting the needs of our ecosystem;
– acquire an agile and modern structure and organization in line with the orientations of the company’s strategy;
– modernize and consolidate the information system (IS). This modernization should result from the new IS master plan 2022-2026.
In this context, and in order to ensure better deployment of its new strategy, Portnet is seeking support in the implementation of its new development strategy for 2022-2026. This support will take place in two batches: the first concerns the support and implementation of its new strategy sheet for 2.7 million DH ; a second relating to technical assistance and PMO (Project Management Office) the implementation of the said roadmap, for 1,750 MDH.
