Prayon Bridge Rehabilitation: Watch the Conclusive Strength Test Video

2023-11-14 14:07:38

In July 2021, the Prayon bridge, in Trooz, had not resisted the flooding. Since then, significant work has been carried out to rehabilitate it. This morning, a resistance test was carried out. In total, six 38-ton trucks were mounted on the structure to test its stability.

And the result is conclusive. The bridge held up. It will therefore be able to be reopened to traffic in both directions. For the population, this is a relief. It must be said that this bridge is an important axis since it connects the two parts of the town.

This morning we witnessed the strength test of the bridge. Watch our video above.
