A pregnant cyclist was injured in an accident on Monday morning in Berlin-Tempelhof.
sea Berlin police An ambulance drove around 8.30 a.m. coming from the direction of Alt-Tempelhof via the intersection at Tempelhofer Damm and Albrechtstraße. The car collided with a cyclist coming from the right.
The cyclist was heading towards Tempelhofer Damm. According to accident witnesses, she turned into Tempelhofer Damm when it was red and was hit by the outside mirror of the ambulance.
The 33-year-old cyclist suffered serious head and shoulder injuries. Firefighters took her to a hospital. The unborn child was also examined there. Further investigations continue.
