This Tuesday, President Gabriel Boric visited the former Posta Central to meet with family members Francisca Sandovalreporter for Signal 3 of La Victoria.
The young woman remains in serious condition in the hospital.after being hit by a bullet in the Barrio Meiggswithin the framework of the Labor Day demonstrations and protests.
During this afternoon, the President arrived at the hospital. At the end of his visit, while he was speeding away in a car, a group of protesters rebuked him.

From the Presidency they pointed out that there was no aggression or damage against President Boric outside the former Posta Central. Different Twitter accounts, associated with social movements, recorded the moment in which the Head of State received the “funa”.
However, when asked by the press, the Palace stated that “the President went privately to the former Posta Central. He met for about 45 minutes with Francisca’s relatives. He was alone with them“.
“At the exit there were no more than 10 people demonstrating, but there was no funa, no one interfered in the conversation that the President had with Francisca’s relatives inside the care facility. Nothing serious happened,” they closed.
Let us remember that the person accused of shooting Francisca Sandoval, identified as Marcelo Naranjoa 41-year-old traveling salesman, was in pretrial detention for the crimes of frustrated homicide, unjustified shooting and carrying weapons.
