The project costs 4 billion pounds, and if you want to operate two factories, 3 and 4, it will cost 20 billion pounds, and all the product is exported abroad.

It is possible for an entity with a value of 30 billion pounds to complete a project like this in two years… If the private sector did this within two years, we would have two factories, 3 and 4
