This Saturday, July 6, 2024, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, traveled to the state of Lara to lead an activity with the people’s power.
Images of the activity taking place in the city of Barquisimeto were released through social media.
President Maduro leads activity in Lara
“President @NicolasMaduro arrives at the National Meeting with Communal Farmers, at the Bicentennial Fair Complex in Barquisimeto, Lara state,” reported Prensa Presidencial on its official X account.
In this regard, upon his arrival Maduro said he was excited to lead the meeting with the “communal power.”
“A hug to all of you, the common power of the country, how exciting to be here at the Bicentennial Fair Complex in Barquisimeto. There are spokesmen, spokeswomen, leaders, female leaders from all over the country,” said the president from the Bicentennial Fair Complex in Barquisimeto.
He also confirmed that Venezuela is in the process of accelerating changes and transformations.
