The designated president of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel, has once again tried to speak English and has stopped at just that: an attempt that is being ridiculed on social media.
Díaz-Canel thanked in broken English the “Order of the Most Ancient Welwitschia Mirabilis”, Namibia’s highest decoration. According to the media controlled by the Communist Party of Cuba, previously the late dictator Fidel Castro also received that order.
