Presidential Leadership Council Meeting: Briefing on Local Developments and Economic Conditions in Yemen

The official Saba news agency said that today, Monday, the Presidential Leadership Council held a meeting chaired by His Excellency Dr. Rashad Muhammad Al-Alimi, Chairman of the Council, and in the presence of its members Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, Sultan Al-Arada, Tariq Saleh, Abdul Rahman Al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah Al-Alimi, and Othman Majali.
According to the agency, during the meeting, the council was briefed on local developments, and discussed at length the economic conditions, and the government measures taken to achieve financial and monetary stability, and to secure basic services for citizens.
The meeting also discussed developments in the efforts of the brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to renew the armistice and revive the political process according to the references agreed upon nationally, regionally and internationally, in a way that guarantees the restoration of state institutions and an end to the Houthi militia coup backed by the Iranian regime.
The meeting was attended by Director of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic, Dr. Yahya Al-Shuaibi.

And according to what was stated in the news of the official agency, it appears that Major General Faraj al-Bahsani, a member of the Council, did not attend the meeting, and the news did not indicate his absence with an excuse, which means that he is still interrupting the meetings of the Council that he announced from previously, due to the Council not giving attention and representation to Hadramout Governorate, which is the boycott that it launched before Recent developments with his joining the Transitional Council as Vice President.
