The Ministry of Health has warned of the symptoms that appear when suffering from dehydration due to lack of drinking water, calling for action to prevent the seriousness of this matter.

The ministry stated that dehydration is when the body loses more water than it takes in, and its symptoms include feeling thirsty, feeling tired, dark yellow urine, in addition to dry mouth, lips and eyes, and urinating little.

She pointed out that the causes of dehydration include fever, diarrhea, vomiting, excessive sweating and excessive urination, stressing the need to drink water when feeling symptoms, and eat fruits and vegetables rich in water.
