According to the expert, food infections can be caused by salmonella, staphylococcus and E. coli. When they get into food, they multiply and release toxic substances that cause poisoning.

Vladislav Zhemchugov explained that bacteria can get onto dishes from the hands of staff who did not wash them following visiting the toilet, if the products are poorly sterilized and if the terms and technology of their storage are violated.

Earlier it was reported that a prosecutor’s investigation began in the Stavropol region following the supply of low-quality meat to kindergartens and schools. None of the children or staff were harmed due to the correct food preparation technology.
