Dr. Hala advised consuming a sufficient amount of fluids, especially water, within the limits of 2:3 liters per day, completely abstaining from smoking, which leads to the condition deteriorating, exercising regularly, in addition to the necessity of losing weight because obesity exposes the individual to the risk of developing high blood pressure and atherosclerosis. It also harms the health of the heart and kidneys. Not taking painkillers or antibiotics except after consulting a doctor is one of the best ways to maintain the general health of individuals’ bodies, in addition to staying away from take-out food, preserved juices, and soft drinks.
