Precaution in the sense of defense capability, precaution once morest disinformation campaigns that destabilize democracy and precaution once morest the drifting apart of society in order to maintain our society in a peaceful, democratic form. If the events happen as predicted, then a government capable of acting is required, which cannot be expected due to the upcoming election this year. One solution would be a concentration government supported by a team of experts.
