Sources from the Public Prosecutor’s Office reported that the fair guarantee judge Víctor GangarrosaHe admitted the charges that the prosecutor Silvia Paolini formulated this Saturday against the accused.
The prosecutor charged him with the illegitimate deprivation of the victim, for sexual abuse with carnal access and injuries.
The evidence presented by the prosecutor
To support the accusation, Paolini presented the victim’s complaint, security camera recordings that allegedly captured the defendant, whose identity was withheldwhile carrying the young victim.
Also, the record of police procedure, the lineup that framed him as the alleged perpetrator of the sexual assault and the report on the protocol for possible cases of sexual abuse by doctors at the Ramón Carrillo de Bariloche hospital.
With all this evidence, the judge admitted the accusation against the defendant, who was assisted by two private defenders.
The judge’s decision
The judge authorized to investigate the case and ordered 2 months for both the prosecution and to confirm their theory as well as the defenders to demonstrate that the defendant did not commit the acts as recounted by the judicial official.
The hearing was held this Saturday in one of the courtrooms on John O’Connor Street in this city.
According to the sources, the reported incident occurred on January 14. They told that the victim ordered an Uber. The defendant appeared with the intention of making the required trip.
However, the driver held the victim against her will. According to the sources, the sexual abuses were perpetrated in the vehicle and in a hotel. The victim was only able to flee the next day and asked for help.
The complainant provided the data of the vehicle and the suspect. The Investigation Brigade went after the man and managed to locate him this Friday. The security cameras located the car and with that information the Police proceeded to arrest it. Also, raided a home in the Melipal neighborhood, where they found abundant narcotics. That finding was notified to the federal court for investigation, the sources explained.
