The Social Housing and Real Estate Finance Support Fund began booking procedures in medium housing apartments, housing Egypt, Jannah and Dar Masr, today, Tuesday, February 15, for housing units ready for immediate delivery to middle-income citizens, and the submission continues until next March 8.

The Jannah Moqaddam project includes a serious reservation of 80,000 pounds, with areas ranging from 100 meters to 151 meters, and a passing rate ranging from 1 to 1.06.
The project includes 300 housing units in El Shorouk City, at a price ranging from approximately 924 thousand pounds to approximately 1,413,000 pounds, where the price per square meter is 8800 pounds.
In New Cairo, there are 1104 housing units at a price of approximately 1,239,000 pounds to approximately 1,895,000 pounds, where the price per square meter is 11,575 pounds.
In addition, 51 housing units are being offered in the new city of Minya, and their price ranges from approximately 627 thousand pounds to approximately 959 thousand pounds, and the price per square meter is 5855 pounds.
456 housing units were offered in 6 October City, and their price ranges from approximately one million and 26 thousand pounds to approximately one million and 569 thousand pounds, and the price per square meter is 9580 pounds.
Also, 69 housing units were launched in Obour City, with a price ranging from approximately 864 thousand pounds to approximately 1.321 thousand pounds, where the price per square meter is 8,070 pounds.
