Prime Minister, India wants to focus on technology to reduce momentum

New Delhi:Prime Minister Narendra Modi wants to emphasize on modern technologies to deal with natural calamities and reduce the speed of accidents. He was inaugurating the third conference of the National Forum for Disaster Relief in Delhi.

Rather than reacting to disasters following they have occurred, we must anticipate and prepare. Artificial intelligence and 5G should also be used. The Prime Minister also pointed out that even following decades of independence, the country does not have a law that includes provisions for dealing with disasters.

Home Minister Amit Shah presided. Shah said that the work done by the Indian Disaster Response Force in Turkey and Syria is commendable.
