PRIMICIA receives mental health talks at work

In recent weeks, the headquarters in the Atlantis Business Tower served as a meeting place for the staff together with two psychologists from the city.

The first mental health talk in the office was with Irma Veccionacce, who was able to carry out different activities to integrate journalists, editors and the administration department.

In a second meeting, the workers were able to talk regarding their concerns to improve their performance without being absorbed by the routine with Yamilet Pinto.

On both occasions, the participants stated that the recommendations of the experts would help them to have more tools to manage stress in their day.

Previously, in the office they have seen talks on managing news regarding Events, first aid, yoga, artisan bakery, writing texts, photography with a cell phone, graphic design, among others.
