Al-Marsad Newspaper: Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan stated that the agreement to establish a Palestinian state would be a precondition for the Kingdom to establish formal diplomatic relations with Israel.
The prince said, “We have consistently said that we believe that normalization with Israel is something that is in the interest of the region to a large extent..However, real normalization and real stability will only be achieved by giving hope to the Palestinians, by giving the Palestinians dignity.”
“This requires giving the Palestinians a state, and this is the priority,” the prince said in an interview with Bloomberg TV in Davos, Switzerland.
