Prince Harry and Meghan Markle lived at Frogmore Cottage after their marriage. But now, they were asked to vacate the residence.

This was conveyed by a spokesperson for the Archewell Foundation. They were asked to vacate Frogmore Cottage by the palace.

“We can confirm the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been asked to vacate their residence at Frogmore Cottage,” he said.

The statement follows reports in The Sun that King Charles III plans to move his brother, Prince Andrew, to Windsor. Queen Elizabeth’s second son, who stepped down from public duties following his scandal, is currently understood to be living at Royal Lodge, which is much larger than Windsor Great Park.

Is known, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle originally lived in Nottingham Cottage which is located on the grounds of Kensington Palace. But the two moved into Frogmore Cottage ahead of the birth of their son, Archie Harrison, in 2019.

But after Archie’s birth, the two decided to move to California and step back from royal duties. At that time, Frogmore Cottage was occupied by Princess Eugenie and her husband, Jack Brooksbank, but the residence is still owned by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

But after the palace asked Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to vacate Frogmore Cottage, it meant that the two of them no longer had a place to live in England. It is still unknown whether King Charles plans to give the couple a new residence in England.

It is known, the relationship between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle with the British royal family soured after the release of documentaries and memoirs. Until now, the two are said to have no longer communicated with the palace.
