Al-Marsad Newspaper: A video clip documented the reaction of Prince Turki bin Talal, the governor of the Asir region, towards his cousin, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad, the governor of the Greater Hail region, when he prepared to drive the car, while they were going to attend the wedding of Ibn Sheikh Mardi Al-Rafdi Al-Anzi.
