Several players are reporting having problems playing Diablo IV on Playstation. This concerns an error message announcing that the license is invalid. Within hours of the game’s early access launch, Blizzard and Sony stepped in and the situation seems to be improving.
Be aware, however, that if you experience a similar problem, it is advisable to post a message on the official forums giving as many details as possible about your situation.

While waiting for a fix from Blizzard and Sony, the community did not sit idly by and tried to find a solution. However, it seems that if you download another game or DLC, then return to Diablo IV, this may have the effect of fixing the problem. It’s not an effective method for everyone, but it doesn’t hurt to try.
