For those who are holders of a prepaid medical plan and need make the “Sworn Declaration of Income Certification before the AFIP“They must have a tax code with security level 3 and register income of less than six minimum, vital and mobile wages (SMVM), which is $65,427.
In this way, count monthly income less than $392,562.
To present the declaration, the following steps must be carried out: enter www.afip.gob.ar with tax code 3; join the Mi SSSalud service; restart the session; enter the My SSSalud service; once there, the portal will redirect you to the @SSSALUD website; once there, complete the statement.
