Process for high-ranking officer in Lower Austria postponed

St. Pölten – The high-ranking officer from Lower Austria who was relieved of his duties was on trial in St. Pölten on Tuesday on suspicion of violating sexual self-determination. The officer is accused of an assault on an employee dating from November 2022. The person concerned denied the accusation. The single-judge hearing was adjourned, among other things, for the hearing of several other witnesses. The sequel will be on September 28th.
