Property for sale: a blessing in disguise?

There are refined interiors, where everything is in its place, and maximalist interiors which can end up looking like a mess, due to the accumulation of objects. This is the case of the house which is currently for sale at the price of 400,000 pounds sterling (approx. 453,630 francs) on the Isle of Wight, in the south of the United Kingdom. It will probably take several days to clear the place of the rubbish that reigns there.

Good or bad news: the mountains of objects and waste accumulated over decades are included in the sale price. In the photos of the advert published on the British real estate site On The Marketit clearly appears that the former occupant of the premises clearly never put away or cleared anything.

As the announcement mentions, visitors are strongly advised to wear good shoes. Access to the house is prohibited for children “for health and safety reasons”, we can read further. It is also specified that it is difficult, if not impossible, to access all of the documents. Consequently, it was necessary to resort to old plans, without knowing whether they were still current. However, it is a question of a “historical property”. Once the buyer has renovated this house from the cellar to the attic, he will have a home with six bedrooms.
