To comply with the process, information was requested from the Provincial Municipality of Tumbes, when they were informed that they had another 7.37 hectares.
Both pieces of land are owned by Lima Ingeniería y Construcción, a company belonging to the former Secretary General of Fuerza Popular and current mayor of Cajamarca, Joaquín Ramírez Gamarra. In the first, for five years, the main headquarters of the UAP in the region has remained.
