Unterföhring/Milan – ProSiebenSat.1 is approaching its largest shareholder, Mediaset, in a dispute over personnel issues. According to insiders, the outgoing chairman of the supervisory board of the German television group, Werner Brandt, and his designated successor Andreas Wiele want to seek talks with MFE (formerly Mediaset) and other investors in the next two or three weeks.
