The provincial presidential delegate of Aysén, Jorge Salfate, presented his resignation as of April 1 for “strictly personal reasons“.
Through a letter addressed to the Aysenina community, the now former provincial authority explained that they must allocate their “efforts, energy and time to unavoidable life commitments, those that prevent me from responding fully to the demands demanded by the position“. So far the Government has not referred to this fact.
