PS Plus: Sony could offer 2-hour demos

As a reminder, the new PlayStation Plus will be released on June 22 in Europe. This new version will be available in three formulas: PlayStation Plus Essential, PlayStation Plus Extra et PlayStation Plus Premium. The prices will be respectively 8.99 euros; 13.99 euros and 16.99 euros per month.

The “Essential” subscription will be the continuation of the current PlayStation Plus, with a selection of free games each month, PlayStation Store discounts, access to online multiplayer and cloud storage for game saves.

The “Extra” subscription will add to that around 400 of the best PS4 and PS5 games. “Including hits from our PlayStation Studios catalog and our third-party partners”, says Sony. The games can be downloaded in order to enjoy them offline.

At last, the “Premium” subscription will add no less than 340 additional games to the Extra subscription, from the PS3, PS2, PS1 and PSP catalogue. “Limited-time trial versions will also be offered at this tier, allowing players to test before purchasing.”, adds Sony.
