When Sony tackles PC games
It’s been almost three years now since Sony started bringing its Playstation exclusives to PC gamers. Jim Ryan just returned to the issue recently gave a speech that will probably disappoint many people.
Patience is the mother of all virtues
It is near Famitsu that Jim Ryan returned to the PC port of Playstation exclusives (an interview during which he also returned to Marvel’s Spider-Man 2). First, the president of Sony Interactive Entertainment has already closed the door to possible simultaneous releases on PC and PS4 / PS5. He estimates that players say they are “in favor” of a PC release two to three years after a release on Sony consoles and adds that the main objective of Playstation studios is to produce games that players enjoy first and foremost on PS5.

Jim Ryan’s statements should disappoint many players who bet mainly on their PC and who wish to avoid going to the cash register to acquire a home console. In the end, to play a Playstation game as soon as it is released, it’s very simple: you have to get a Playstation 5. Too bad.
