PSG: Bandiougou Fadiga signed for Olympiakos

PSG records a new start. And it is not necessarily the most anticipated. Indeed, following Rafinha loaned without purchase option to Real Sociedad on the eve of the winter transfer window, Bandiougou Fadiga is packing up to take up a new challenge on Thursday. According to our information, the 20-year-old attacking midfielder engaged in the evening with the Greek club Olympiakos. The formalization of his signature for four and a half years should take place this Friday.

At the very beginning of the day, several local media had relayed his presence there for several days. Bandiougou Fadiga had indeed gone to the Greek capital at the beginning of the week in order to visit the facilities of Olympiakos, meet the management, and have his medical examination there. The last meetings organized on Thursday made it possible to finalize the agreement between all the parties.

Since returning from a six-month loan in Brest last season, the native of the 13th arrondissement of Paris was not part of Mauricio Pochettino’s plans. He did not participate in the training of the first team. In this case, PSG would have negotiated a slight financial compensation as Fadiga’s contract ended at the end of the season.
