Ingredients:
– 1/2 pumpkin or squash (the hollow part)
– grated mozzarella
– grated Parmesan cheese
– thyme, oregano, pepper

Preparation

Remove the seeds from the pumpkin and cook it in the oven or in the saucepan over low heat until tender, but still a little firm. If it is in the pot, you have to add water, but not inside the pumpkin, little by little if necessary so that it does not dry out.

Then add the grated cheeses alternating in layers. Cover and continue cooking until well melted. Remove from the pan (or oven) and add the herbs, plus some pepper. Everything is mixed with the pumpkin, being careful not to break it. Serve immediately and enjoy!!!
