The non-commissioned officer of the Police who was accused of sexually abusing a young woman in Puno, received preventive detention for nine months. He will be transferred to the maximum security prison of “The chapel”.
Wilber Timo Ccanque Aquise, 26, went to a nightclub on April 15, where he would have forcibly removed a 22-year-old girl, who got into a private vehicle. The attack was recorded at the Macusani police station.
During the initial investigation, two police officers were arrested and one was summoned, but as the case progressed, it was revealed that the victim only left the scene with Petty Officer Wilber Timo Ccanque Aquise.
