Former British politician Louise Minch wrote on Twitter that the footage of Putin’s meeting with his defense minister “supports previous reports that Vladimir Putin suffers from Parkinson’s disease.”

Professor Eric Bossi, a body language expert from Texas Tech University, told The Sun: “It’s amazing to see Putin as weak compared to the man we saw a few years ago.”
