Doha: The Ministry of Public Health on Thursday announced that 2,779 more people in Qatar have been confirmed to be covid. Another 317 patients were cured in the country. A total of 2,46,784 people have been diagnosed with the disease so far.
Of the newly confirmed Kovid cases, 2,053 were through contact and 726 were from abroad. No new deaths have been reported from Kovid. A total of 618 people have died of measles in Qatar. A total of 2,60,283 people have been confirmed by Kovid in the country.
Currently, 12,881 people are being treated for Kovid. A further 36,619 Kovid tests were performed. So far, 3,210,583 Kovid tests have been conducted in Qatar. In the last 24 hours, Kovid has admitted eight more people to the intensive care unit. There are currently 42 people in the intensive care unit.
