Qatar reduces the quarantine period of those who become Kovid positive

Doha: Qatar reduces the quarantine period of those who become Kovid positive. The quarantine period was reduced to seven days. Those who had previously been Kovid positive had to stay in the quarantine for ten days. At the same time, the number of sick leave received by Kovid patients was reduced from ten to seven. This was announced by the Ministry of Public Health. Those who get Kovid positive after checking in at medical centers will get status red in Ihtiras application and they will be entitled to seven days sick leave. They should undergo antigen testing on the seventh day from an approved center.

If the test is negative, the status of the Ihtiras application may be green and the isolation may be terminated. From the eighth day they can go to work. If the result of the antigen test on the seventh day is positive, then the isolation should be continued for another three days. They will get sick leave for three more days. No further inspection is required to terminate the quarantine on the eleventh day.
