Air traffic flow management has also been established in collaboration with other Gulf countries to avoid delays in landing flights. 160 air traffic controllers have been trained to improve their knowledge in modern systems. Also, Air Traffic Controllers are posted at Hamad International Airport (HIA), Doha Flight Information Region (FIR), Observation Tower, Weather Control, Doha International Airport (DIA) and many other locations. He also informed that the number of radars has been increased to provide a better view. More than 12 million visitors are expected to visit the country during the World Cup.
