During this Thursday afternoon, Bethesda started the 2022 version of QuakeConannual convention of the developer that this year go digital again. With a brief welcome message by Marty Stratton, executive producer of id Softwarethe digital event began with its programming and news.

New update of the relaunch of the Quake original includes the legendary Threewave CTF mod
Last year they relaunched the Quake original to adapt it to a modern audience and make the game available in Xbox Game Pass. Continuing that work, the game has been updated to version 4, which includes the return of the legendary progenitor of team multiplayer: Threewave Capture the Flag.
You will be able to enjoy nine emblematic levels of the original mod together with seven friends.

QUAKE CHAMPIONS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
Another important activity that is repeated is the Quake Pro League World Championship 2022the culmination of this year’s Quake Pro League, which will be broadcast from the PGL studio in Bucharest, Romania.
13 Quake Pro League players along with 11 finalists will battle it out in a 24-person, double-elimination bracket for the Quake World Championship belt.
