The clip shows a group of people rushing in and hitting another person. Then, one of these people set fire to the victim right on the road.
Many people nearby tried to put out the fire on the victim. About 20 seconds later, the fire was extinguished, and the victim lay motionless on the road.
On the afternoon of the same day, a leader of Nam Phuoc town (Duy Xuyen district, Quang Nam province) confirmed that the incident happened on the 5th day of the Lunar New Year (January 26) in the area of My Hoa street (Nam Phuoc town). ).
According to this leader, the initial cause was a jealous conflict, so a person (believed to be a woman, whose name is unknown) in Da Nang city was set on fire by the remaining group of people using gasoline. The victim was then taken to the emergency room for treatment at Da Nang General Hospital.
The case is being investigated and clarified by the Duy Xuyen District Police.
