On Wednesday, negotiations began in Istanbul between the delegations of Russia, Ukraine, Turkey and the United Nations on the issue of grain supplies from Ukraine. The Turkish authorities did not reveal the location of the meeting, as it is being held behind closed doors to the press.
A diplomatic source told the Russian “Novosti” agency earlier that “the negotiations take into account Moscow’s concerns and the existence of sanctions against Russia in the insurance, logistics and banking sectors for the export of Russian agricultural products.”
