Quesadilla with garlic dip Source: FTV Prima/ Prostřeno!

Let’s prepare the garlic dip first. Put 100 ml of mayonnaise and 100 ml of sour cream in a bowl and press 4 cloves of garlic, add a teaspoon of mustard, a pinch of salt, pepper and basil, mix.
For the quesadilla, we prepare a tortilla, which we spread with sour cream. Cut 200 g of chicken breast into small cubes, salt and fry in oil. After frying, spread it on pancakes, grate cheddar on top. Fold the pancakes in half and put them on the grill at 200 °C for 4 minutes.
