Ingredients
100 g of chicken breast; 200 g of frozen spinach; 300 g flour; 1 nut of butter; 7 dl of milk; 4 eggs; 80 g of Parmesan cheese; parsley; 1 garlic; Salt and pepper.

Preparation
Put a frying pan on the fire with the butter and a tablespoon of flour. Keep adding milk, while stirring, until you get a thick béchamel. Season. Grill the breasts and chop into pieces. Reserve.
Put another frying pan with oil and a peeled and chopped garlic. Add thawed spinach and sauté. Mix the bechamel with the spinach, chicken and Parmesan cheese.
Put 1/2 of the milk, the eggs and the salt in the blender glass. Gradually add 250 g of flour until a homogeneous dough is obtained; rest.
Make crêpes with the dough in a pan with a little oil. Fill the crepes with the mixture of pollo and spinach and fold in 4 as if it were a handkerchief. Take to the oven with a little cheese on top and a little béchamel to gratin and serve with a little chopped parsley on top.
