Racism in Tunisia: “The violence must stop” (Petit Kandia)

In recent months, numerous and multiple acts of violence have been carried out in Tunisia once morest black peoples. Faced with this situation, the Guinean artist Petit Kandia made an exit on these social networks.

In a publication posted on the social network Facebook, the native of Kampony, in the region of Boké (Lower Guinea), Petit Kandia tries to draw the attention of the Guinean and Tunisian authorities to the multiple violence exerted once morest young Africans living in Tunisia. He also, at the same time, alerted sub-regional and regional organizations to the situation.

“Stop violence once morest young Africans in Tunisia. I am making this video to draw the attention of the authorities, President Colonel Mamady Doumbouya and his government, ECOWAS, the African Union and the Tunisian government for what is happening at the moment in Tunisia, the violence must stop, thank you,” says Petit Kandia.

As a reminder, several young Guineans and other countries of sub-Saharan Africa live in Tunisia and several of them are also blocked between the Tunisian and Libyan border.
