Radio Oasis offers rock in English and Spanish. Recently, Daniel Marquina, one of its announcers, announced that the station will no longer exist and will be replaced.

A hard blow for those who are fans of rock in Spanish or are probably people who have already migrated to Spotify, among other apps. In 2010, Radio Oasis arrived, a station in Peru that appeared as a replacement for Radio La Ñ. Now, almost 14 years ago, rock and pop fans will no longer have a dedicated space to listen to their favorite songs of the genre. One of the announcers, Daniel Marquina, surprised the public by saying that the station will cease to exist.

Marquina announced this news during an interview with Carlos Orozco for his YouTube program “Ouke.” The moment occurred when the host was commenting on the evolution of the radio and also decided to indicate that his program will come to an end, as will the station: “The radio disappears, it will not exist.”

What radio will replace Radio Oasis?

According to the announcer, the station will be replaced by Radio Bethel and will become a religious radio station. Keep in mind that it is a Christian media that also has a channel and several offices in Peru.

It is a television network that broadcasts religious and cultural programming that aims to promote the Christian faith. Currently, it can only be seen on TV and YouTube, but it will soon have its station: 100.1 FM, Bethel is also characterized by offering its services 24 hours a day.

Since when will Radio Oasis stop working?

Daniel Marquina announced that the radio will only operate until the end of January and that the new radio will be available from February 1. Therefore, his program can only be heard until the last days of the month.
