Raisa Vulgarín is one of Rafael Correa’s candidates for the Ecuadorian Assembly. She is fortunate, or unfortunate given recent events in Colombia, to be the partner of Camilo Burgos, cousin of Nicolás Petro, son of President Gustavo Petro.

Camilo Burgos is one of the men closest to Nicolás Petro, not only because he is his relative and one of the most trusted people, but because he knew perfectly the financial moves of the president’s son.
Germán Londoño, who also appears in the chats, is a personal friend of Petro’s who met with cabinet ministers and took photos for his social networks. He thus appears photographed with Alejandro Gaviria, Irene Vélez, Cecilia López, Carolina Corcho and other senior government officials. Londoño was also from the first circle of the president’s son and knows all his movements of connections and money for the campaign well.
This medium established that the information contained in the chats is real and, according to leading sources in the story, Vulgarín did have a role in receiving and transporting cash related to Nicolás Petro during 2022.

Precisely, part of the information that Petro Burgos would deliver to the Prosecutor’s Office to guarantee its principle of opportunity, also goes through the role of Londoño moving cash, without the origin being known yet. The Ecuadorian candidate recently published a statement stating that she is innocent of any charges and that there are no charges against her. Vulgarín appears in several photos in the Atlantic with her partner along with Nicolás Petro and Vásquez.
For now, it is only known that his name appeared in the organization chart of the Prosecutor’s Office exposed at the hearing to charge charges against the Colombian couple. But she could be called to testify and answer for her possible participation in the management of illegal resources for the coastal campaign.
