He did not hesitate to attack weak victims, including a lady accompanied by her 11-year-old child! On July 26, 2022, he attempted to open three vehicles. On September 3, he kicked a man.
On September 24, 2022, he was checked following information to the police that a man was “looking for misery” in the square and was carrying a knife… When he was checked, he was indeed carrying a notched knife stopper whose blade was deployed in the pocket… “I took this knife just to defend myself in case… it’s just to scare in case people want to hit me in groups”, explained the concerned who was part of a band that sowed terror… The next day, as if his arrest the day before had had no effect, he was carrying a “multitool” pliers equipped with a blade and a belt. A final element that recalls his old habits. He used this weapon to threaten a person.
On October 2, he stole a car. The following November 8, during the night, he committed a violent robbery on a woman and her 11-year-old child! Despite his denials, he was recognized by victims, witnesses and police patrolling the neighborhood. He was also filmed fleeing the scene.
He threatens the police in the city center
On November 19, 2022, he said he had hatred towards downtown police officers. He said that if it continued like this, he was going to freak out. He was fed up with the whole situation and the pressure he had when he went downtown. According to his complaints, when he is drunk and on the public highway, the police come every time to check him. Which would annoy him more and more. “By force, I will take to the streets and do a crazy thing. You have to tell all of them to calm down otherwise I would call on my big brother and I would settle the accounts myself…”
The court considered that these remarks cannot be considered as terrorist threats, as no reference was then made to an attack of this type. The judge, however, considered that these remarks constituted verbal threats with orders or under conditions, the craziness mentioned being undoubtedly a serious offense against the police if they continue to control him.
